Booth experiences for medical congresses
Kongresa runs the interactive experiences a pharmaceutical company brings to its booth: on the booth's iPads and screens, with the company's own approved content, checked before every congress.
What a congress is
A medical congress is where a specialty meets. Physicians, nurses and pharmacists come to hear the latest research, discuss practice with their peers, and walk the exhibition hall, where companies present their therapies at their booths.
A booth has a few minutes of a visitor's time, often less. What it shows has to be clear, quick to use, and approved: every claim reviewed, the safety information always within reach.
What Kongresa does there
-
Interest
A visitor chooses the topics that interest them, leaves their details and their consent, and the company follows up. All on one screen.
-
Challenge
A question board the booth team runs during the congress, with questions the company's own team writes and manages.
-
Content
Approved material found step by step, from a broad topic to the exact piece, shown at the booth or emailed to the visitor on request.
How kongresa.com is used
- One private area per company. Each client's experiences live at their own address on kongresa.com, behind their own sign-in.
- Review before the congress. A review copy comes first. The client's team changes the content in a console, and a second person approves it before it reaches the booths.
- At the booth. The iPads open the experiences full screen and keep working if the hall's network drops. Nothing a visitor enters is kept on the device.
- Compliance built in. Safety information on every screen that shows a product, consent recorded with its exact wording, and content past its expiry stopped automatically.
